Our 30,000 square foot machining facility is outfitted with both CNC and manual machining tools, and we machine both our polyurethane (PU) roller cores and urethane wheels molds there.

1.High load carrying capacity
first Both in tension and compression, polyurethane has a high load capacity. When appropriately built for a particular application, polyurethane may change shape when subjected to a strong load but will quickly regain its original shape once the stress is removed.

Even at low temperatures, polyurethanes are the perfect answer for situations where severe wear presents a challenge.
3.Performance in Difficult Conditions
Because polyurethane is particularly resistant to high temperatures, adverse weather and a variety of chemicals rarely result in material deterioration.
